OFFICE CLERK II (TEMP. PART-TIME)
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Employee must approach work with a professional, positive attitude, portraying a business-like image at all times. Always be neat in appearance, dependable and punctual.
2. Prepare, balance and audit sales recaps for a variety of P.O.S. systems.
3. POS systems.
4. Completing and verifying department gross margin calculations.
5. Audit department receiving books.
6. Statistics Canada Surveys.
7. Assist processing period data.
8. Reconcile sub ledgers.
9. Assist in training new staff as per Pioneer Co-op policies and procedures.
10.Sort mail.
11.Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Post-secondary class in accounting is considered an asset. Require good investigative and problem-solving skills. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Excel required. Ability to move files electronically within computer programs a must. Previous experience an asset. Averages 15 – 23 hours/week.
