HOME & BUILDING SOLUTIONS MANAGER (FULL-TIME)

RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Oversee Senior Home Consultant, Paint & Flooring Manager.
▪ Manage Time & Attendance for Mall Building Materials Staff.
▪ Ensure MI9 system is properly maintained for Building Materials operations.
▪ Coordinate with Supply & Install Manager and Assistant Building Products Manager on Project Planning.
▪ Monitor sales and operational performance of assigned staff.
▪ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
▪ Conduct staff coaching and performance evaluations.
▪ Implement process improvements across assigned departments.
▪ Participate in strategic planning and operational meetings.
▪ Order all materials for the Building Materials Department, ensuring stock and availability and timely delivery.
▪ Oversee inventory control for Building Materials Department, ensuring accurate stock counts, proper storage and minimal shrinkage.
▪ Address escalated customer concerns related to design or product solutions.
▪ Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires experience in building materials industry including building material estimating experience and retail background. Must have strong leadership, supervisory and communication skills. MI9 and Time and Attendance Data Accuracy. Project completion and operational efficiency. Safety compliance and incident reduction. Customer satisfaction with interior solutions. Inventory accuracy and product availability. This position is classified as a Safety Sensitive Position; therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-op’s Alcohol & Substance policy as a condition of employment.
