ENERGY DIVISON MANAGER (FULL-TIME)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Duties will include preparation, administration, and responsibility for sales, margins, expenses, inventory, and SPMH of Pioneer Energy, as well as the coordination of fuel delivery of Pioneer Co-op’s branch locations and coordinating direct drops.
• Oversee Gas Bar Manager and Tire Shop Manager.
• Prepare annual budget and ensure claims, invoices and paperwork are completed accurately to meet deadlines.
• Will proactively direct and dispatch the daily work schedules of Driver Sales Reps to ensure effective and efficient customer delivery.
• Will analyze trade area through routing and mapping to ensure the productivity and efficiency of Pioneer Co-op’s Fuel Delivery fleet.
• Adhere to and promote regulatory and safety requirements, both legislative and internal standards.
• Ensure employees are properly trained and licensed. To provide staff supervision and scheduling.
• Ensuring planned maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, repairs and overhauls of the Fuel Delivery Fleet in conjunction with Farm Centre Managers and Driver Sales Representatives. Must be able to scrutinize operations and initiate remedial action where necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Must have previous 3 to 5 years’ experience managing a successful bulk fuel facility. Must have good computer skills. Farm background or Agro knowledge an asset. This position is classified as a Safety Sensitive Position; therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-op’s Alcohol & Substance Policy as a condition of employment.
