SENIOR HOME CONSULTANT (FULL-TIME)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a high level of customer service and sales of Building Material products and services. Be knowledgeable about products and services offered by Pioneer Co-op, answering questions, problem solving and following up to ensure
customer satisfaction
- To be the key personnel for customers on cabinet projects. Providing information, assistance, quotes and service to the customers in a manner which will promote the sale of merchandise and meet the customer’s needs, requirements and
expectations.
- Provide project development guidance with customers that are considering all types of construction projects (ex. Kitchen, bath, decks, and interior design) and ensuring they meet the customers’ expectations.
- Actively seeking opportunities within Pioneer Co-op trading area by speaking with builders and contractors. Assist with building projects from start to finish, ensuring contractors have the correct supplies.
- Assist with material handing /forklift operation as required.
- Assist with handling customer complaints in accord to Pioneer Co-op policy.
- Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
3 years’ minimum experience with kitchen/cabinet sales required. Must portray strong customer service/supervisory skills and genuinely enjoy working with the public. Must have the ability to work efficiently, independently and assume responsibility. Shifts may include days, evenings and weekends. Computer skills required. Lifting involved. This position is classified as Safety Sensitive. Therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-op’s Alcohol and Substance Policy as a condition of employment.
