BRANCH DIVISION MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ideal candidate will be responsible for Pioneer Co-op’s strategic direction and leadership of the overall operations of selected branches and service stations. This position will develop and implement a progressive long-term focus plan including
strategic direction in departmental profitability, a concrete sales process and support for the collaboration between departments. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, this position will look after the best interests of the overall retail needs while leading their teams to achieve above standard in the areas of team culture, safety, profitability and overall exemplary customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
Post-secondary education in Business Management or a related field is preferred. Proven ability of retail experience at a management level running a successful retail operation with 8 + years’ experience with 5+ years of sales management or
operational management on a multi-department team, 5+ years’ experience leading and supervising employees. Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills with attention to detail, and demonstrated organization skills, including financial management skills. Must be a team player, motivated and able to work independently and under pressure. Must have the ability to travel to all locations as required with the possibility of working remotely. Must portray a professional image. This position is classified as a Safety Sensitive Position; therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-op’s Alcohol & Substance Policy.
