Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Verify gross margin calculations for departments.
2. Create entries during the cut-off period.
3. Reconcile general/sub ledger accounts.
4. Audit department receiving books.
5. Investigate statements to ensure accuracy.
6. Statistics Canada surveys.
7. Assist in accounts payable and sales audit.
8. Sort mail.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS
High school education, previous accounting experience an asset. Requires good investigative and problem-solving skills. Strong computer skills, including Excel required. Knowledge of file management processes.
