FERTILIZER SUPERVISOR (SEASONAL FULL-TIME)

RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Seed Plant Operator at the Agronomy Centre, you will be accountable to the Fertilizer Manager to provide operational excellence and be responsible for hands-on operational duties including customer service and support, receive, store, fill requisitions, work orders or requests of customer or applicators and load product on trucks for delivery to branches
and producers. Responsible for operating and maintaining Seed Plant to Pioneer Standards for the safe and efficient operation of the facility.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have strong knowledge of Seed and warehouse operation and organizational skills. Previous experience preferred. Position is classified as a Safety Sensitive Position: therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-op’s Alcohol & Substance policy as a condition of employment. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends. Heavy lifting required. Willing to obtain
Forklift certification as forklift operation is required.
