OFFICE CLERK III SERVICE COUNTER (FULL-TIME)

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, will assist with organization, coordination and direction of the service counter department.
2. Coaching and mentoring and creating schedules for service counter staff.
3. Cashing cheques, accepting payments and operating cash terminal, balancing
4. Ensure all postal procedures are up to date and followed by service counter staff.
5. Processing Lottery Sales
6. Being responsible for locking up and security
7. Assisting with equity/credit as required.
8. Administrative duties such as filing, mail preparation, etc.
9. To assist with the adherence and enforcement of Pioneer Co-op policies and procedures and Union contract.
10.Reconciling as required.
11.Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires post-secondary education with a focus on business. Must possess previous experience in a leadership role supervising and scheduling staff. Must possess strong computer skills including competent skills with Microsoft Excel. Must
have good public relations skills. Previous experience with reconciliation considered an asset. This position is typically Monday to Friday, but may require weekend shifts as required.
